Privacy Policy

To provide career coaching, we collect: your profile (name, current role, experience, tech stack, career goals), the resume you upload (as a PDF file and the text extracted from it), your mock interview questions and answers, and usage data such as which features you use and when.

Your profile and resume are sent to a third-party AI provider to generate your gap analysis, learning roadmap, and interview questions and feedback. We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Your resume file is stored in encrypted cloud object storage. Your profile, analysis results, and interview history are stored in an encrypted database. Payment processing for Pro upgrades is handled by Razorpay — we never see or store your card or bank details ourselves.

We encrypt your resume files and your database at rest. Your session is authenticated using industry-standard signed tokens (JWTs) validated against our identity provider — we never handle or store your password ourselves. Sensitive actions like data export and account deletion are rate-limited to prevent abuse, and every payment confirmation is cryptographically verified before we trust it. Resume uploads are validated before processing, and each user's files are kept in an isolated storage location.

You can view and edit your profile at any time from the Profile page. You can download a copy of every piece of data we hold about you as a JSON file at any time from the account menu ("Download my data"). You can also permanently delete your account and every piece of data we hold about you — profile, resumes, analyses, roadmaps, interview history — from your account menu. This action is immediate and cannot be undone. Records of completed payments are retained for financial and tax record-keeping even after account deletion, as required by law.

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in between visits. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
